As a maintenance contract engineer, you will:

- Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts concluded with our clients (contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, quotes, etc.)
- Act as the client's main contact for contract issues (KPIs, invoicing, etc.)
- Participate in the handover of customer sites between the deployment and maintenance teams (transfer, maintenance area, etc.)
- Follow up on the smooth running of supplier maintenance contracts (contracting, follow-up)
- Monitor suppliers on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts, etc.)
- Participate, through your actions, in improving the reliability of the system

Requirements

- Engineering school degree or a 5-year degree in business engineering
- First successful experience as a contract engineer or business manager
- Ability to analyse technical maintenance data
- General knowledge of electronics, mechanics and automation
- Autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills
- Interest for demanding technical environments, analysis and problem solving
