We are looking for a Security Account Manager (bilingual English/French) to oversee our Data Centre Security operations across multiple key sites.

Reporting functionally to the EMEA Data Centre Director and hierarchically to the Local Branch Director, you will be fully accountable for service quality, compliance, team performance, and client satisfaction.

You will lead and coordinate security operations across strategic sites, ensuring contractual excellence, operational reliability, and a strong partnership with our client.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management
- Supervise day-to-day security operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage scheduling and staffing in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.

2. Client Relationship
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client-related security matters.
- Build a trusted partnership through proactive communication and solution-driven management.
- Anticipate and resolve operational issues before they affect service delivery.

3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel.
- Promote team performance, motivation, and professional development.

4. Compliance & Reporting
- Supervise operational systems (tickets, access, incidents, visitors).
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage uniforms, equipment, and vehicles to ensure readiness.

5. Strategic Oversight
- Optimize costs while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure SLA compliance, contractual reporting, and audit readiness.
- Lead improvement initiatives and respond effectively to critical incidents.
