What We're Looking For

We're looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.

Your profile:
- Proven experience of 5-8 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally within a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of organizational design, talent development, and change management, with a hands-on approach to solving business challenges.
- Strong ability to align HR initiatives with business goals, translating strategy into impactful people actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the capacity to build trusted relationships at all levels - from managers to executives.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving contexts, able to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, using insights to inform decisions, anticipate trends, and continuously improve people processes.
- Collaborative and structured, thriving in environments where teamwork, adaptability, and autonomy go hand in hand.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
