Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Sous la responsabilité de notre Adjointe RH, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Formation : identification et rédaction de nos orientations formation, recensement des besoins, construction et déploiement du plan de développement des compétences, gestion et suivi des dossiers, demandes de prise en charge, reporting, participation au suivi de notre école de formation interne...
- Recrutement stagiaires/apprentis : recensement des besoins, rédaction et diffusion des offres, présélections et entretiens, contractualisation, demandes de prise en charge...
- Communication : rédaction du journal interne, création et diffusion d'affichage interne, mise à jour des espaces de communication,
- Système d'Excellence Opérationnelle (FES) : Participation à la préparation d'audits sur les fondamentaux RH et application quotidiennes des requis FES HR.
