Les missions du poste
Join Florian, our Director of Business Development in Germany, and actively take part in launching our first German office starting September 2025 (permanent contract or V.I.E).
You will play a key role in its growth by building your own Business Unit, supporting high-value industrial projects, and recruiting and managing your team of consultants.
Your Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop a client portfolio while building long-term partnerships to drive BU growth
- Recruit and lead a team of highly qualified engineering consultants
- Manage your team and oversee the BU's day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of the BU's financial and HR performance
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve your targets

Le profil recherché
- Master's degree from a top business or engineering school
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication skills, ability to argue effectively, and a genuine desire to share and learn from others
- Business-driven mindset, results- and impact-oriented
- Adaptability, ability to step back and prioritize effectively
- Eagerness to develop an intrapreneurial project within a tight-knit and ambitious team
- Driver's license (category B)
