Your mission
Over2 exciting years, you'll rotate through 3 strategic missions :
- Sales
- Marketing
- Management
The goal is to accelerate your skill development and immerse you in Caudalie's unique values.
Examples of mission : Sales Representative, Trade Marketing coordinator, Retail manager Travel Retail...
At the end of this program, you will access to a strategic managing position among one of our subsidiaries.
Examples of position after the program : Marketing Manager, Sales manager, Area Manager, Regional Director...
Your personalized support
From day one, you'll BE personally welcomed by our founders, Mathilde & Bertrand Thomas.
Throughout the program, a dedicated Mentor will BE by your side, helping you navigate Caudalie's culture and thrive in your mission.
You'll also work hand-in-hand with our HR Director to design your personalized career path across various roles.
The ideal candidates
- Hold a Master's degree from a top European business school with max 2 years of experience
- Speak fluent English + 2 additional languages (among French, Italian, Spanish, German...)
- Dream of building an international career
- Are hands-on, creative, passionate, and thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment
The Recruitment Process
Here's what to expect :
- CV Screening (apply online : resume + motivation letter before June 30th)
- Interview with our HR team (before July 15th)
- Assessment Day at our HQ - featuring real-world case studies
- Your journey begins in September 2025 or January 2026
