Les missions du poste
L'agence Jobandtalent/Planett Châteauroux recherche un(e)réceptionniste pour rejoindre l'équipe de son client secteur hôtellerie milieu de gamme.
Vos missions principales :
- Accueil téléphonique
- Accueil clientèle garantissant un service personnalisé (individuels, groupes séminaires...)
- Gestion des arrivées et des départs (check in/ check out)
- Gestion des réservations et dossiers clients
- Facturation et encaissements
- Contact avec les autres services
Vous serez si besoin très ponctuellement amené à intervenir sur la partie service' service, plonge...)
Vous êtes très à l'aise avec informatique et utilisez des logiciels spécifiques à l'hôtellerie.

Le profil recherché
TRAVAIL EN HORAIRE MATIN OU APRES MIDI /39H HEBDO/POSSIBLITE DE TRAVAILLER LES JOURS FERIES.
FORMATION EN HOTELLERIE + EXPERIENCE SUR UN POSTE DE RECEPTIONISTE DE 2 ANS MINIMUM.
BONNE Maîtrise DE L'INFORMATIQUES LOGICIELS SPECIFIQUES
PONCTUALITE, DISCRETION, SENS DU SERVICE ESPRIT D'EQUIPE SONT LES QUALITES NECESSAIRES POUR LE POSTE.
VOUS VOUS RECONNAISSEZ POSTULEZ RAPIDEMENT.
