Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilledBusiness Manager - Office of the CDIOto join our team and play a critical role in supporting the execution of CDIO's strategy including supporting the ongoing IT Projects and Initiatives. In this position, you'll work closely with the CDIO to help create executive meetings and board updates, as well as the various IT and Data teams on driving and tracking of strategic intiatives. You thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong analytical skills, and Excel at stakeholder management.You have a keen interest in the Satellite and Telecommunications industry and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive business success. You are an effective communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging both internally at the executive level and externally with customers and partners.

What You'll Do :
- Supports translation of CDIO's vision & strategy into action by managing strategic initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
- Tracks progress on strategic objectives, surfacing blockers or risks early.
- Supports the CDIO in preparing for key executive meetings, board updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinates key programs across data, IT, and digital teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Regularly reports to senior stakeholders and boards on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Leads or supports process improvements to increase agility and reduce friction in data initiatives.
- Oversees admin functions (e.g., onboarding new team members, tooling licenses, vendor contracts).

What You'll Need :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on technology strategy and business management.
- Strong experience in program management and strategic story lining.
- Strong communicator and facilitator, with extensive experience in tools such as PowerPoint and Design Thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in English (French or other additional languages is a plus).

Where You'll Work :

This role is based from Eutelsat Paris offices, travel will BE required up to 20% of the time.
