Your "everyday"

As a member of the Commercial Operations Department, you prospect, negotiate and monitor the marketing of our reduced risk products (RRP) with national and regional retail chains selling similar products as well as with specialized e-commerce platforms. You contribute, in support of the departments developing the consumer experience, to creating quality experiences for adult smokers with our Business Partners.

MAIN MISSIONS :

Prospect, negotiate and monitor the marketing of our RRP products with Key Accounts according to the strategy and predefined budgets

Negotiate and deploy programs, projects and initiatives with Key Accounts, ensuring the proper implementation of Consumer and Adult Smoker Journeys with a high level of quality of execution to achieve Brand objectives, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and business goals.

Ensure the planning of our operations, in connection with the omnichannel planning of Philip Morris France (PMF), with our Key Accounts and ensure internal communication

Analyze and recommend optimizations that will improve the customer and partner journey

Represent and act as the vaping expert within the organization

What we are looking for :

Graduated from a Business School or university equivalent

You have at least 7 years' experience in managing Key Accounts in internal and/or business transformation contexts, ideally acquired within a multinational company.

A true vaping expert, you know this universe and its different players perfectly.

You have a proven ability to open new accounts and optimize the experience. Your fine negotiating skills and your resilience are recognized by all.

Your analysis, recommendation and innovation skills are endless to perfect the needs of our customers.

You are ready to embark on an entrepreneurial, human adventure focused on consumer satisfaction and its constant improvement.

You have a thirst for learning, developing and succeeding.
