Les missions du poste
We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader to join our Paris-based team (8th arrondissement).This role is critical in supporting the execution of our go-to-market strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organization. The position will BE part of the Revenue Office and report directly to the RevOps function.
Your main responsibilities will include :
· Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy & Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Customer Success) to streamline handoffs and reporting.
· Partner with Sales Leadership to define KPIs, territory management & planning, quota setting, and compensation models.
·Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in sales processes and systems.
· Build and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to track sales performance & trends, to ensure pipeline optimization & support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy in tech systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Groove).
- Support sales teams with process documentation, training, onboarding and tool optimization.
- Ensure accurate pipeline and forecast reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
- Assist in quarterly and annual planning cycles, including revenue modeling and scenario analysis.
Le profil recherché
· Strong analytical and data oriented skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
· Proficient with Salesforce CRM; knowledge of Clari, Outreach, or equivalent tools.
· Proficiency in territory management, firmographic setting, forecasting models, and pipeline analytics.
· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Excellent communication and project management skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across sales, finance, and leadership teams.
