SVP Client Services - Asset Management (M/F)

Location: Paris, France

Role Overview

As a senior member of the Client Services team, you will play a key role in managing relationships with institutional and wholesale clients, ensuring a high-quality client experience across French-speaking European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage an existing client portfolio and act as a senior point of contact, providing support and expertise across client servicing activities.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Research and Investment teams to ensure seamless client support and operational excellence.
This is a senior client-facing role focused on relationship management and client servicing, rather than sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with an existing portfolio of institutional and wholesale clients, responding to enquiries relating to investment solutions, fund products, portfolio management and market developments.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients across French-speaking Europe, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and client reporting.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Oversee the implementation of mandates and sub-advisory relationships, from legal documentation through to operational setup and ongoing reporting.
- Support the Sales team through CRM management, distribution agreement administration, KYC coordination and client communications.
- Conduct competitor and fund analysis using market intelligence tools.
- Maintain consultant and institutional databases, ensuring the accuracy and quality of investment-related information.
- Work closely with international teams to ensure consistent and efficient client servicing.

Votre profil

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Client Services, Investor Relations or Sales Support within the Asset Management industry.
- Strong experience managing institutional and wholesale client relationships.
- Proven expertise in preparing and coordinating RFPs and DDQs.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and major asset classes.
- Experience with CRM systems and market intelligence platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, FactSet, eVestment, Style Analytics, Power BI or Salesforce.
- Good knowledge of client onboarding, KYC requirements, distribution agreements and investment reporting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and international environment.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- AMF certification is mandatory.
