Would you like to contribute to communication projects with international visibility while taking ownership of operational responsibilities with autonomy? Join the Communication Squad within the Commercial Excellence department. The team supports countries and businesses in sharing commercial excellence methods, tools and programs. You will work in a multicultural environment where English is the team's working language.
Commercial Excellence platform management: manage and update the Commercial Excellence SharePoint, the Champions' Hub SharePoint, the Commercial Excellence intranet page and Viva Engage community.
Editorial management: build and maintain the publication calendar, write and publish content tailored to each channel, and help engage internal communities.
Glossary management: update and enrich the Commercial Excellence glossary, coordinate contributions and ensure consistency across definitions.
Content creation: create and edit videos and showcase the team's initiatives.
Commercial Excellence document updates: refresh, harmonize and format presentations, toolkits and other communication materials in line with applicable brand guidelines.
Coordination: gather needs from team members and international contributors, structure information and follow up on communication actions.
Event support: contribute to the preparation and organization of an event gathering around 100 commercial Directors.
Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?
You are completing a Master's degree or equivalent in communication, digital marketing or business.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. English is essential as it is the team's working language.
You have excellent writing, speaking and interpersonal skills, and you are comfortable working with international stakeholders.
You are proactive, organized, rigorous, curious and attentive to detail.
You can manage several topics in parallel, meet deadlines and work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a team.
You are confident using AI, digital and office tools, particularly Copilot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Viva Engage.
You are proficient in at least one video creation and editing tool (Clipchamp, PlayPlay, etc.).
Previous experience in internal communication, digital communication, community management or content creation would be appreciated.
