Role overview
As a Sales Consultant at Hackett, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting the day-to-day success of the store. You will represent our brands with passion and professionalism, helping customers find products that suit their style and needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised, high-quality service to every customer.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain excellent product presentation, visual standards, and stock organisation.
- Support daily store operations, including tills, replenishment, and inventory tasks.
- Stay up to date on collections, brand stories, and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
Required qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and peak trading periods.
