Role purpose
As an Account Management Intern, you will join the team to support the day-to-day management of multinational client accounts and help deliver a high-quality, consistent service experience.
Working closely with experienced Account Managers and Account Executives, you will learn how to coordinate with clients, brokers, internal teams and local insurers in an international environment. You will progressively take ownership of defined tasks with regular guidance from the team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare client materials, meeting notes, presentations and account documentation
- Help coordinate requests with Account Executives, Underwriting, Operations, Reporting and local insurers
- Track client queries and operational topics, follow up on agreed actions and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to data checks, reporting and service-delivery monitoring using Excel and other business tools
- Participate in team projects and suggest practical improvements to processes and ways of working
Le profil recherché
- Currently studying toward a Master's degree in business, insurance, finance, international management or a related field
- A first internship, university project or student experience involving client service, insurance, financial services or project coordination is a plus
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working in an international and multicultural environment
- Curious, proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort with data and common business tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and French; Spanish, Italian or another language is a plus
