Our team is growing, therefore we are looking to hire a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in Rennes.

The role will cover the Brittany region and north-western France. The working model (hybrid or remote) will depend on the candidate's location; however, the candidate must be located in the Brittany region.

Main responsibilities include

- Take ownership of assigned accounts
- Develop relationships and be able to negotiate at all levels within the customer
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Be visible on sight - frequent customer visits
- Develop the business to:
- Maximize Arrows share
- Maximize overall profitability
- Maximize Arrow design in profile and technical sales
- Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers

Commercial

- Pro-actively promote Arrow's top suppliers, whilst selling across the breadth of Arrow's line card
- Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities within the accounts base
- Regular meetings with Sales Manager to agree on appropriate actions and execute on these
- Have a clear understanding of competition activity in the accounts base

- Have a knowledge about Interconnectivity, Passive and/or Electroconnectivity components.

Demand Creation

- Drive agreed supplier initiatives during regular meetings
- Co-ordinate both supplier support and Arrow FAE support to maximise new design opportunities for Arrow
- Have a clear record of what development projects each customer has and what stage they are at

Supply Chain

- Acquire a clear understanding of Arrow's supply chain solutions

What are we looking for

- Previous experience within the electronic components industry, including distribution, manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environments
- Looking for somebody to follow EMS customers as well as Industrial

-Technical Selling Mindset, Electronics knowledge (we are NOT looking for an engineer but a curious seller that understand how the Electronics business works)
