About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious International Business Development Intern to support our global growth initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in international market research, lead generation, partnership development, and cross-border business expansion. The ideal candidate is interested in international business, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment along with communicating with customers on calls and mails, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Business Development Manager in conducting market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers in international markets to create sales pipelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases of new prospects, clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Support lead generation activities through calling, email campaigns, online research, networking platforms, and industry databases.
- Assist in outreach campaigns and communication with international prospects and partners.
- Support the business development manager in managing sales pipelines, studying market and tracking opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with international clients and partners, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Help coordinate international trade shows, conferences, webinars, and business events and maintain the document with contacts from these events.
- Perform administrative and project-based tasks as required.

Le profil recherché
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Business engineering, Technical Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge in the hydraulics and thermal engineering, Experience in Industrial / Technical sales,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are plus.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and online research tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
