Les missions du poste
The main responsibilities are:
Define and execute the commercial growth strategy across France and Europe.
Identify priority markets, target sectors and key accounts.
Develop relationships with decision-makers across private and public organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and industry events.
Lead complex consultative sales processes and develop tailor-made corporate apparel projects aligned with customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with design, product development, operations and supply chain teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Promote a comprehensive value proposition combining design, manufacturing, logistics and service capabilities.
Manage the sales pipeline and commercial activity through CRM tools.
Monitor market trends and provide commercial insights to support business decisions.
Represent our client across France and Europe with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.

* Experience in business development within complex B2B environments.

* Ability to manage bespoke projects involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to open new markets and drive growth.
* Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe.
