We are looking for a highly driven, experienced, and competitive Sales Manager to accelerate D-EDGE's growth in Thailand.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities and strengthen D-EDGE's position in the local market. Success in this position requires someone who enjoys competing, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has a proven ability to close new business.

If you are motivated by achieving ambitious targets, building lasting customer relationships, and outperforming the competition, we'd love to hear from you.

As this is a senior role, at times you will be working independently to develop business in new regions for D-Edge, and travel will be required from time to time.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting hotel opportunities across Thailand.

  • Develop strategies to win business from competitors and increase D-EDGE's market share.

  • Identify, prioritise, and acquire new hotel clients through cold calls, networking, client visits, events, and social selling

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business needs and challenges

  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals

  • Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

  • Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, general managers, revenue managers, and commercial decision-makers.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and strengthen D-EDGE's competitive position.

  • Represent D-EDGE at hospitality events, trade shows, networking sessions, and industry conferences.

🦸‍♂️ WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel technology, revenue management, distribution, SaaS, or digital marketing industries

  • Strong commercial mindset with a consultative sales-driven approach

  • Good understanding of the hotel distribution ecosystem

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Demonstrated success in competitive sales environments and winning business from competitors.

  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers.

  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and closing skills.

  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel within Thailand.
