We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Construction Europe F/M. Reporting to the Construction Sector Market Leader, you will develop strategic customer partnerships and support the growth of major construction and building materials customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Construction accounts across Europe.
- Develop and execute European Account Plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations and international tenders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Monitor financial and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and supply chain optimization.
Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 8-12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing strategic international accounts.
- Experience within Construction, Building Materials or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English is required; another European language is a plus.
