MISSION:
You are global business product owner of solutions looking to enhance CMA CGM Digital Customer Engagement with a focus on global business delivery efficiency and analytics quality, performance, scalability, in close cooperation with Digital Factory, Third Party partners (Salesforce) and Business Lines. The role reports to the Chief Product Owner Digital Customer Engagement (Service / Sales).
RESPONSABILITIES:
You will be responsible to deliver value for both CMA CGM customers and employees by bringing solution to their needs (mainly salesforce context).
You will be the interface between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into actual solutions, managing the product backlog and securing the validation of benefits and managing transversally exceptions to global delivery model.
You will have to lead change and coach our agencies/SSC stakeholders and other Product Owners and co workers on technical side to secure processes and platform efficiency.
You are senior referent on Analytics and Data platform, securing the consistency of the different features managed by the product team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Product Owner experience or IT Project Management Experience.
At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Management position.
Strong CRM competences (Salesforce).
AI exposure and appetence.
Global, end to end vision.
Analytics and Data Management knowledge expected.
Employee & Customer Experience orientated.
Communication skills / Change management skills.
Leadership while Team player.
Transport / Logistics / Shipping Industry knowledge is a plus.
Team & Continuous improvement spirit.
Fluent in French and English.
NETWORK INTERACTIONS:
The Senior Product Owner CRM may have interaction with quite all organizations/departments: General Managers, Chief Commercial Officers, Sales Managers, Line Managers, Customer Care Director, Customer Service Representatives, SSC representatives, IT, other support functions (Finance, Operations, ...).
