MISSION :

Lead the transition of the Smartship data platform into the Run phase, and then manage its ongoing Run operations. Within this scope, act as the interface between IT, R&D, CMA Ships, and the Fleet Center.

WHAT WILL YOU DO :

Product Ownership
Manage and prioritize the backlog. Balance trade-offs between maintenance (Run) and new features.

Agile Leadership
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective). Ensure team velocity.

IT Bridge
Facilitate IT processes. Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. Align development (India) with CMA CGM architecture standards.

Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for R&D, the Fleet Center, and CMA Ships.

Performance & Operations
Provide weekly reporting to management.
Actively monitor the platform (monitoring tools).
Ensure operational stability.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Mindset
Solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in AI. Solid understanding of Cloud and Data challenges. Excellent communication skills with business teams, IT, and management.

Expertise
Strong command of Agile delivery practices. Ability to monitor a critical platform while maintaining a long-term product vision.
