About the company

Fast-growing B2B SaaS company (X10 growth in two years) focused on generative AI adoption in large enterprises. They act as the central operating system for GenAI, helping CAC40 and SBF120 organizations deploy, measure, and scale AI agents and usage across their entire workforce.

The role

The company is entering a new phase of scale following a recent 10+M€ series A.

Working directly with the Head of Sales, the Key Account Manager drive expansion within strategic accounts. While CSMs focus on daily adoption, you will be the primary engine for revenue growth, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and global footprint expansion. High-exposure role, dealing with C-level stakeholders at the world's largest organizations.

ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Expansion

  • Drive ARR expansion by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new BUs, subsidiaries, geographies)

  • Transform the value delivered into new signed contracts and secure long-term renewals

  • Build and execute sophisticated growth plans for each strategic account C-Level Advisory

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CDOs, HRDs, CFOs)

  • Act as a strategic "sparring partner" for clients on their GenAI and agentic roadmap

  • Position the platform as the central system for their organizational transformation Sales Excellence

  • Apply the MEDDIC framework to rigorously qualify and manage expansion deals

  • Build solid, ROI-oriented business cases for large-scale deployments

  • Maintain a precise pipeline and reliable forecasts in HubSpot

Profil recherché

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record in complex sales cycles (CAC40 / SBF120)

  • Strong C-level presence with the ability to build long-term trust with high-level executives

  • High commercial rigor: mastery of MEDDIC, CRM discipline, and reliable forecasting

  • Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in how GenAI is transforming large organizations

  • Fluent in French and English to manage both national and international accounts

  • Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS Enterprise environment is a strong plus
