RMC BFM is a media group integrated within CMA Media, bringing together several strong brands such as BFM TV, RMC, RMC Découverte, RMC Story, and RMC Life.
RMC BFM Ads is the group's advertising sales house. It handles the commercialisation of advertising space across all its media, as well as several CMA Media assets, including Brut and La Tribune.
Within this sales house, the Data division designs, structures, and develops data-driven offerings for advertisers, addressing targeting, activation, and monetisation challenges.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Group DPO Department, you will provide operational support on a wide range of topics, including:
- Ensuring GDPR compliance for projects led by internal teams, particularly event and digital teams
- Supporting teams in implementing compliant mechanisms, including data collection processes, forms, prize draws, and special operations
- Contributing to the compliance of digital materials, such as websites and specific digital tools
- Helping maintain, update, and structure the records of processing activities using OneTrust
- Assisting with the handling of data subject rights requests in coordination with the Group DPO
- Analysing data processing activities with a pragmatic approach, balancing regulatory requirements with operational constraints
- Monitoring regulatory developments in the field of data protection
You will interact directly with operational teams and work on real-life cases related to the activities of the advertising sales house.
Profile
You are currently preparing a Master's degree, ideally a second-year Master's, in Digital Law or Personal Data Protection.
You have:
- Good knowledge of the GDPR
- A strong interest in practical and operational issues
- The ability to communicate with non-legal stakeholders
- Rigour, analytical skills, and strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good level of English
Previous experience, such as an internship or project related to data protection or digital environments, would be a plus.
Conditions
- One-year apprenticeship, starting in September 2026
- Schedule: 4 days in the company / 1 day at school
- Statutory apprenticeship remuneration
