The Digital Acquisition Specialist defines, manages, and optimizes the global paid digital acquisition strategy with a clear objective of profitable growth, online sales development, and ROI maximization. This role combines strategic vision, performance management, and a strong test & learn culture in a highly business-oriented, data-driven environment. As the Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Growth.
Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition Strategy & Performance Management
- Define and manage a multi-channel, performance-driven digital acquisition strategy focused on maximizing online sales.
- Manage paid media campaigns (SEA, Social Ads, Display, Retargeting, etc.) in collaboration with media agencies.
- Oversee affiliate partners and online comparison platforms, assessing their contribution to overall digital performance.
- Design and manage digital commercial operations (promotional campaigns, flash sales, tactical activations) and measure their impact on sales, conversion, churn, and profitability.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret acquisition performance KPIs.
- Build and manage acquisition budgets and sales forecasts with an optimized investment allocation mindset.
- Ensure all acquisition decisions are ROI-driven and supported by data.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the team in charge of developing new acquisition tools (web callbacks, gated content, white papers, etc.).
- Collaborate with the SEO & Organic Acquisition team to define, manage, and optimize the SEO contribution within the acquisition mix.
- Collaborate with the following teams: commercial planning and quality, data analytics and delivery (digital product owners, UX/UI designers, lead developer)
Innovation, Growth & New Channels
- Proactively propose and test new digital acquisition innovations: tools, formats, growth experiments, paid and organic optimizations.
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships contributing to acquisition objectives.
- Embed a structured and continuous test & learn culture.
Le profil recherché
Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing.
- Strong strategic vision across paid and organic acquisition levers.
- Expertise in paid media channels (SEA, Social Ads, Display).
- Strong business and performance orientation (CTA, ROAS, LTV).
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets and agencies.
- Strong data-driven mindset with solid KPI mastery.
- Fluent English in an international environment.
