Alternance - Oes Sales Support Analyst H/F Valeo

Valeo's Saint-Denis site (330 employees) is the headquarters of Valeo Service, a Valeo Group entity dedicated to after-sales activities.

Your tasks:

Business continuity support

• Interfacing with each of the Valeo manufacturing product groups in support of the Customerdirector for customer projects and commercial activities.
• Maintain and update new business monitoring files to ensure customer response satisfaction.
• Support Customer Director with internal business data for order intake and pricing activities.
  

Specific Projects

• Implement and maintain a dedicated database to track and monitor customer portfolio for pricing + product life cycle in line with manufacturers service contracts.
  

Business development support

• Prepare possible circular economy products business case in line with customer director target for
• individual customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing to obtain support data for the customer approach.
  

Price monitoring / analysis

• Monthly monitoring of the Selling price index versus budget
• Tracking of end of production parts and serial parts
• Analyse price increases in support of customer director
• Products portfolio efficiency improvement

About you :

• Education: Master Bac +5 International Business (focus Marketing & Finance)
• IT skills: excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Other skills required: fluent in English, analytical skills, proactivity, team spirit
