Our Global Operations Marketing Team is looking for a Global Marketing Operations Coordinator Apprentice (f/m/d) based in Lille (Villeneuve d'Ascq Campus).

Within the Global Marketing Operations team, our challenge for 2024/2025 is to harmonize our marketing practices worldwide to better serve sports lovers everywhere. We are hiring to strengthen our ability to lead and engage an international community of experts. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

Supported by your manager, you will be responsible for the animation and operational fluidity of our global marketing community. Your missions will focus on 4 main pillars:

• Management and Enhancement of our Internal Digital Ecosystem: You will manage our internal website to ensure a seamless user experience. You will be proactive in organizing resources and ensuring brand consistency.
  
• Coordination of the Global Marketing Newsletter: From content curation to copywriting, you will be the voice that informs and inspires our teams worldwide, highlighting the best local and global initiatives.
  
• Global Community Animation: You will build connections by organizing working sessions, webinars, and community events. You will moderate discussion channels (chats, FAQs) to foster collective intelligence.
  
• Support for Cross-functional Communication Projects: You will contribute to campaign launches and process improvements by creating toolkits and templates that make everyone's work easier.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  
• Your previous experiences (internships, projects) have allowed you to develop strong writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  
• You are proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Forms) and curious about content management tools.
  
• Languages: You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken), as your scope is international.
  
• You are recognized for your proactivity, organizational skills, and your ability to engage others around a project.
