Are you looking to contribute to the growth of a French SME whose core values are environmental responsibility, innovation, and employee well-being?


To strengthen and expand EOL's presence across Europe, we are inviting you to join the European Commercial team as a Sales and Business Development Manager in fully remote position based in Ireland, serving both the Irish and UK markets. Start as soon as possible.

You will be a primary representative and brand ambassador for EOL Group across English-speaking markets, encompassing Ireland and the UK.

Though you will report to the Regional Director Europe, you will have full ownership of client relationships and commercial strategy across assigned territories; empowered to propose and implement growth initiatives, pricing approaches, and trade incentives.


Your mission : Drive sustainable revenue growth across Ireland and the UK on behalf of EOL. Identify, win, and develop profitable business within the Office Interiors sector, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to project delivery and account development.


Activities :

  • Proactively identify, approach and onboard new dealer partners, specifiers, and end-user clients across Ireland and the UK.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to deliver consistent revenue growth in the Irish and UK office furniture market.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement leads, interior designers, architects, and workplace consultants.
  • Conduct regular client visits and virtual meetings to deepen relationships, grow account spend, and uncover new project opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, reporting performance to the Regional Director.
  • Act as a product ambassador: deliver compelling on-site presentations and provide technical product training to dealer partner sales teams.
  • Own end-to-end project management of furniture fit-out schemes, coordinating with design, logistics and aftersales teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design studio and support team to produce tailored furniture proposals, mood boards, space plans, and commercial quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records: log all activity, opportunities and client interactions; use data to prioritise and accelerate deal progression.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed orders, applying consultative sales techniques and commercial acumen to close effectively.
  • Monitor account activity, identify at-risk or lapsed accounts, and deploy targeted retention and re-engagement strategies.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor positioning, and workplace design evolutions to maintain a compelling, differentiated value proposition.
  • Represent the brand at trade events, client showroom visits, and industry networking occasions across Ireland and the UK (occasionally France/Belgium).
  • Stay abreast of evolutions in the current marketplace, including, buying trends, suppliers, competition positioning.


The job requires a high degree of autonomy and self-management, occasional international travel to France and Belgium for training, product launches and team meetings.


This position is offered on a permanent contract basis. As EOL Group does not currently operate a legal entity in Ireland, employment will be facilitated through Remote.com, a leading Employer of Record (EOR) platform.

This means you will benefit from a fully compliant Irish employment contract*, statutory entitlements, and local payroll, while working directly for and reporting to EOL Group's European commercial team.

Note: this arrangement is increasingly common for international companies expanding into new markets and carries no impact on your day-to-day role, career development, or the stability of your employment.

Le profil recherché

Entrepreneurial, field-based profile essential: candidate must be comfortable driving new business independently while maintaining strong internal communication with a European HQ.


The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' B2B sales or business development experience within Office Interiors, Contract Furniture, Workplace Design, or a closely related sector. A solid network of contacts across the Irish and/or UK market is a strong advantage.

Further Education / Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - or proven long-term track record in sales generation in lieu of.


Onboarding and product training will be provided, alongside ongoing support from a dedicated design studio, fellow sales managers and sales support team. The ability to manage one's own time effectively, operate with a high level of professional integrity, and represent a well-established European brand to the highest standard are fundamental to success in this role.


Skills expectations :

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the office furniture, workplace interiors, or contract furnishing sector in Ireland and/or the UK.
  • Strong product aptitude with the ability to rapidly assimilate and confidently present a premium European furniture range.
  • Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, delivering high standards of client care throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working within a cross-border, multicultural team structure and aligning with HQ processes and brand standards.
  • Structured approach to territory planning, pipeline management, and time prioritisation in a remote working environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter and skilled negotiator at all levels of seniority
  • Resilient and proactive under pressure; capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable sales achievement in B2B environments, with experience managing a defined territory or account portfolio
  • Strong closing ability with a consultative, solution-oriented approach rather than transactional selling
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using CRM and digital collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; credible, personable, and able to build genuine rapport with clients, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results; thrives in an independent remote working environment.
  • Detail-oriented and commercially astute; able to produce accurate proposals, manage project data, and maintain reliable CRM discipline.

Working knowledge of French is a valuable asset, facilitating direct communication with the manufacturing HQ in France.
