• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

• Experience in driving customer retention and revenue growth.

• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.

• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
