Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative software solutions for businesses worldwide. With a strong market presence, they are seeking an Account Manager to drive customer success, build strong relationships, and maximize revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of SaaS clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue expansion.

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide proactive support.

Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to optimize customer experience.

Analyze customer usage data and feedback to drive engagement and product adoption.

Assist in contract negotiations and renewals to maximize customer lifetime value.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights.
Profile Sought:

Minimum 3 years of experience in account management within the SaaS or tech industry.

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Experience in driving customer retention and revenue growth.

Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
-
Proactive and results-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
