Senior Account Management Lead - Paris - CDI

We're looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our Paris team. In this role, you'll act as the senior commercial owner for one of Paris' most critical zones, ensuring alignment between city-wide strategy and local execution to drive growth across strategic brand portfolios.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining the Paris Commercial team. You will lead a multi-layered team (including Account Management Leads and Senior Account Managers) accountable for the performance of our most significant brand partners. This is a high-impact leadership position (L6) that balances high-level strategy with operational excellence.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive Commercial Strategy: Own the end-to-end growth of brand portfolios within your Paris cluster, leading high-stakes contract negotiations and joint business plans with C-level stakeholders.
Regional Ownership: Define and execute the "strategy to win" for your specific zone, translating national priorities into actionable regional plans that improve our Client Value Proposition.
Lead and Develop Talent: Manage and coach a team of up to 10 account management professionals, building a robust succession pipeline and nurturing high-potential talent.
Operational Excellence: Oversee a specific Paris-wide commercial initiative, proactively adjusting structures and processes to ensure 5-star account management standards.
Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to influence the product roadmap and represent your portfolio in France leadership forums.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant Commercial Leadership: Proven experience managing complex, strategic brand portfolios and leading multi-layered teams in fast-paced environments.
Strategic Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations and renewals.
Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management with a data-driven approach to solving business challenges.
Organisational Design: Experience in designing and scaling coverage models and account management setups to meet evolving business needs.
Resilient Leadership: A high-ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change within a high-growth marketplace.
Nice to Have
Deep expertise within the F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
Experience operating within a three-sided marketplace model.
