They are looking for an Account Manager to drive their growth in the Italian market from their Milan hub. Your role will be to combine commercial excellence with Customer Success expertise to maximize portfolio value and secure lasting partnerships.


Your missions :

• Ensure the onboarding and training of new customers on the platform to guarantee an optimal user experience.
• Generate additional ARR and drive growth by addressing new client needs and strategically expanding accounts.
• Build strong relationships as the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their business concerns and anticipating their needs.
• Prevent and minimize churn by analyzing usage data and making strategic recommendations to ensure optimal adoption.
• Collect and share client insights with internal technical and product teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company by encouraging client participation in case studies, testimonials, and professional events.
