Les missions du poste

They are looking for an to lead and scale an international high-performing inside sales team based in Madrid. Your objective will be to structure prospecting processes (inbound and outbound) to conquer European markets, particularly France, Spain, and the UK.



  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a top-tier team of SDRs and BDRs.
  • Design and continuously optimize multi-channel prospecting strategies and messaging frameworks by market segment.
  • Monitor performance through precise KPIs (activities, meetings booked, pipeline value, conversion rates).
  • Ensure perfect alignment between Marketing (MQLs) and Sales Managers (closing).
  • Guarantee operational excellence in the use of CRM and Sales Intelligence tools.
  • Analyze market feedback to refine targeting and commercial discourse.

Le profil recherché

And you?

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development, with strong expertise in outbound prospecting.
  • You already have a successful initial experience (1 to 2 years) in managing a sales team.
  • You are fluent in three languages: French, Spanish, and English (mandatory).
  • You are data-driven, organized, and capable of turning data into concrete actions.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a natural ability to unite a team around ambitious goals.
