Sales Development Representative - Munich De M H/F Weavy Consulting

The end-customer is a major global cloud service provider, recognized as a top international player supporting large-scale enterprises in ecommerce, finance, media, gaming, and technology.

RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:

To support its growth in Central Europe, our client is seeking 3 Sales Assistants (SDR - Sales Development Representatives) based in Munich, Germany. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns and engaging potential clients across Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Poland.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an SDR, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

- Execute online and offline lead generation and customer engagement activities for the Central EU business.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing in target verticals.
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
- Register clients and partners for events, make reminder calls, and follow up post-event for qualification.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

- Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and architecture teams to drive new incremental Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Conduct LinkedIn and market research as instructed by the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Maintain and cleanse local client and partner databases.

Client Relationship Building

- Identify high-potential clients and create 2-3 compelling reasons to reach out.
- Nurture relationships with high-potential clients for long-term cooperation.
- Engage in frequent calling and handle challenging discussions with resilience.

PROFILE SOUGHT:

- Experience: More than 1 year of sales experience, in an IT environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required with technology/computer background.
- Skills & Knowledge:

- Understanding of value propositions across verticals.
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Strong resilience and perseverance in handling rejections.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

- Salary: 30,000 € - 45,000 € fixed per year.
