Editorial Specialist Intern - Comexposium H/F Comexposium

We are a friendly, exciting, vibrant congress organizer in plastic surgery, dermatology, and aging science, located in the heart of Paris, with 25 years of experience organizing medical congresses worldwide.

We operate on a 4½-day workweek, with remote work every Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Job Description

Under the supervision of our Communication Manager, you will be in charge of

o Planning, creating, and monitoring newsletters

o Creating editorial content for various means (webpages, blogs, articles, communication material, programs)

o Writing & coordinating event programs (with graphic designers)

o Transcribing and writing interviews & corresponding articles

o Collaborating on podcast creations

o Proofreading English content for various communication channels

Job Requirements/Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communication, or business

· Excellent English skills

· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (PHOTOSHOP, IDD)
