We are looking for a Director of Commercial Development High-End / Premium Catering (M/F) to join a team where excellence goes hand in hand with collective spirit.
Your Mission
Reporting to the French Growth Directorate, you define and drive the national commercial development strategy for the French Lifestyle Division (premium brands), focusing on sustainable growth and the acquisition of strategic public and private accounts.
You manage the entire development cycle - from identifying opportunities to contract finalization and operational deployment - while ensuring commercial performance, high-quality client relationships, and the evolution of service offerings aligned with premium, innovation, and CSR objectives.

Your Responsibilities
1. Commercial Leadership & Strategic Structuring
- Define and implement the overall commercial strategy for the Lifestyle Division, aligned with growth ambitions in France and Europe
- Structure the activity, prioritize strategic targets, and manage complex, international tenders (>€1M)
- Lead, unite, and develop a team of 6 Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of performance, excellence, and premium expertise
- Highly exposed to the French Executive Committee and European Growth Directorate, you bring a clear, results-oriented strategic vision
2. Key Account Development & Relationship Excellence
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with public and private decision-makers, including in demanding international companies
- Design differentiated value propositions integrating culinary excellence, innovation, CSR, and tailor-made economic models
- Negotiate complex contracts (performance commitments, profitability, penalties, innovation) and ensure a premium positioning aligned with high-end market standards
3. Performance Management & Data-Driven Culture
- Manage the entire development cycle, from opportunity identification to operational deployment of contracts
- Monitor commercial performance and profitability using CRM and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI), produce reliable forecasts (revenue, margins, pipeline), and inform strategic decisions with data
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and HR teams to ensure execution quality and achievement of growth objectives
Le profil recherché
Expected Profile & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Business, Management, Hospitality, Food Engineering, or equivalent
- Solid experience in commercial strategy, ideally in premium or high-end environments
- Ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects at an international level
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and international clients
- Strong skills in negotiating complex contracts and driving strategic commercial development
- Experience in hospitality, high-end catering, or lifestyle premium sectors is a plus
- Fluent in French and English (minimum C1)
