We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Lille. In this role, you'll be responsible for the success of a strategic portfolio of key restaurant partners in mature sectors, acting as a Food-Tech expert to drive long-term growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Restaurant Account Management team. This is a 100% remote position focused on the Lille market, where you will manage a selection of high-priority accounts that require specialised expertise and high-touch partnership management.

Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

- Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the dedicated Food-Tech expert for Lille, building durable, high-value relationships with key restaurant partners.
- Data-Driven Consultation: Use performance data to provide personalised coaching, optimising the profitability of your portfolio and ensuring long-term success.
- Performance Analysis & Agility: Regularly analyse portfolio performance to make proactive recommendations to leadership, quickly deploying new tools and features in our fast-paced environment.
- Marketing & Promotions: Design and implement bespoke marketing campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to your partners' specific needs.
- Operational Oversight: Closely monitor live operations to ensure a seamless experience for both the restaurant partners and our customers.

What You'll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

- Commercial Experience: Significant experience (typically 2-3+ years) in a similar account management or commercial role, with a proven track record of hitting OKRs.
- Advanced Negotiation: Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions, including contract negotiations and the implementation of new commercial tools.
- Market Expertise: Strong "on-the-ground" knowledge of the local market and the ability to maintain a high-quality competitive watch.
- Analytical Skills: A proven ability to identify, understand, and act upon commercial and operational performance data to drive service excellence.
- Communication & Proactivity: Excellent ability to influence partners while upholding company values; professional proficiency in English (written/spoken) is required.
