Project Coordinator Intern H/F CXG

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing:

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be supporting the client-facing team to deliver white glove service to a portfolio of premium and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

The duties will involve assisting the Customer Success Managers with various aspects of day-to-day operations:

- Project Management: internal briefs, presentation preparations, invoicing, coordination with other internal teams
- Support to the regional VP on transversal tasks: consolidation of data for the market, key business trackers
- Learning experience: possibility to shadow Customer Success team members in their client meetings, participation to all internal calls where the teams are being trained on new services and methodologies...
