Job Opportunity - Field Sales Representative FMCG

My client, an innovative international company specializing in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), is looking for a Field Sales Representative to support its commercial growth. A market leader, the company offers a range of natural ingredient-based food and beverage products, designed to meet evolving consumer expectations for quality and well-being.

With a strong and expanding presence across Europe, the company focuses on innovation, sustainability, and an effective omnichannel distribution strategy. Its goal is to enhance brand awareness and increase market share by relying on a dynamic and committed sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (supermarkets, specialty stores, local retailers)
- Ensure strong product presence and visibility in stores
- Implement promotional and merchandising actions
- Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize retail performance
- Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams

Profile & Skills:

- Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Fluent in English (regular interaction with international teams and partners)
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license - frequent travel required

Location: Paris (with regional travel)
