Reporting to the Sales Director, the Intermodal Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing a sales portfolio in France and abroad. He/she proposes all the financial and operational solutions offered by the company in the field of Multimodal Transport. He/she also assists customers and the company departments in launching projects.
Key activities:
- Promote the Company's solutions,
- Maintain and develop sales in line with budget policy,
- Prospect and follow up customers,
- Draw up visit and activity reports,
- Carry out pricing and technical studies,
- Represent the company at trade shows and other commercial events,
- Participate in responding to calls for tender,
- Participate actively in sales meetings,
- Achieve the objectives set in terms of acquisition, development, number of visits, sales while respecting the margin level to be reached,
- Work in collaboration with operations and maintenance teams to propose the best solutions.
- Participate in the construction of tools to automate quotations for customers, in conjunction with other Company departments,
- Play an active role in the launch of projects with customers, to ensure that specifications are properly applied,
- Keep abreast of developments in port solutions in France and Europe,
- Maintain an operational and commercial network with other transport players.
