Internship - Product And Business Development Officer H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

Within the sales department, the CMA CGM+, Value Added Services Business Unit develops, markets and manages services that complement maritime transport, such as decarbonisation, loading priority, security and solutions tailored to regulatory requirements.
The intern's role will be to support the launch of new products, improve existing products and help formalise cost studies to guide commercial strategy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

- Launch of new products: formalisation of reverse planning, coordination of monitoring committees, assistance with procedure training, assistance with communication strategy and sales promotion materials.
- Improvement of marketed products: identification of development opportunities, reverse planning, improvement of existing procedures and communication materials.
- Strategy and research: implementation and improvement of sales performance reporting, performance monitoring in CRM, and participation in sales network coordination.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

- You have initial experience in consulting or project management and are able to take charge of various projects and formalise them.
- You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken (writing standards and interactions with all types of interlocutors).
- You have excellent command of the Office suite.
- You are a good listener, service-oriented and a team player.
- Your interpersonal skills, proactive approach, dynamism and versatility will enable you to easily adapt to this supportive team
