We've built the foundation, fueled the engine, and mapped the route. All that's missing is the pilot to take the wheel for Tweakwise in France and Spain.

The project : take the lead and break boundaries.
Orisha (€300M revenue) is a group that provides the means to match its ambitions. For Tweakwise, our SaaS solution for e-commerce conversion (+15%), we've done the groundwork: the market study is validated, the Go-To-Market plan is structured, and the prospecting tools are ready.

But make no mistake: just because the foundation is laid doesn't mean the story is written. We aren't looking for an executor; we are looking for a Builder. Someone capable of taking ownership of this strategy, bringing their own vision, and pushing the boundaries to exceed initial goals. Your power of persuasion and your mastery of the subject will be your only judges.

Your mission : from strategy to conquest.

You will take charge of a "ready-to-go" project with the mission to make it explode :

- Take ownership : you inherit the GTM plan and embody it. It's up to you to decide how to turn these bases into concrete results in the French and Spanish markets.
- Closing & Influence : you manage the full sales cycle (Mid-market & Enterprise). You convince C-level decision-makers not with a script, but with a ROI-driven vision and industry expertise.
- Agility & Innovation : the plan is a baseline, not a limit. You have the freedom to disrupt the commercial approach if you identify more effective growth levers.
- Growth without a ceiling : you validate the model, stabilize the markets, and build what comes next. Here, your scope will grow at the pace of your success.

Orisha Commerce, a brand of Orisha, provides reliable 'all-in-one' SaaS solutions for the retail industry. Tweakwise, our flagship solution for merchandising and e-commerce personalization, already helps over 400 online stores increase their conversion rates by up to 15%.

Le profil recherché

What we are looking for :

- Owner Mindset : you love being in control. You know when to follow the plan and when to challenge it for better results.
- Strong conviction : your credibility with e-commerce experts is your greatest asset. You sell a strategic solution, not just software.
- Trilingual (Mandatory): fluent / native French, Spanish, and English are essential to navigate between your clients and our international teams.
- SaaS/Tech Experience : you understand complex consultative sales and know how to navigate 2-3 month decision cycles.

This role is NOT for you if:

- You want a pre-written script : we give you a strategy, but it's up to you to invent the way to win in the field.
- You don't like "Hunting": the core of the role is acquiring new logos and closing deals.
- You need micro-management : your team is international, you are the autonomous engine of your region in Barcelona.
- You aren't comfortable with uncertainty : launching a market requires resilience, creativity, and the ability to bounce back.

- Motivating package : €45K - €53K Fixed + uncapped variable (your performance is your only limit).

Recruitment process :
- Pre-qualification call with Clara or Séréna (French or Spanish): getting to know you and aligning expectations.
- Video interview with Robert (Sales Ops Director) in French : deep dive into your sales and technical skills.
- Video interview with Paul (Head of Sales) & Mark (CEO) in English : including a case study on an e-commerce site and closing.
- Interview with Mar (Executive Director Iberia) or Flora (Executive Director France) : validating cultural fit and strategic vision.
