Our leitmotiv in the CBU: working together, be bold, better done than perfect.
Ready to take this new challenge?
We invite you to join a strategic industrial site at the heart of a dynamic, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.

You are recognized for your ability to develop the People & Culture function by combining strategic vision and operational proximity. You know how to support management teams in change and social performance while modernizing practices.
Your key missions:

- The Health, Safety, and Well-Being at Work policy to unite managers and teams around a culture of prevention and a safe and inclusive work environment.
- The desire to strengthen collaboration between teams and ensure a high level of inclusion.
- Leadership development and change management.
You will also play a key role in social dialogue by managing social relations across a complex scope, chairing the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), and participating in or leading collective bargaining negotiations with a constructive and responsible approach.
You will be supported by a team of 7 experts, including: People & Culture Partners; Social Relations Specialist; P&C Specialist; Health, Safety & Working Conditions Manager; Safety Coordinator; Occupational Nurse. You will lead and develop this team while fostering a collaborative spirit.
You will be a trusted partner for managers and operational teams.
