COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTMANAGER
Location: North-East France

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the commercial accountmanager, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the North-East region of France. You will play a key role in the expansion of RAM Mounts France by establishing and strengthening relationships with existing customers while also seeking new business opportunities.

You will regularly visit customers and prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, negotiating prices, and following up on orders. Additionally, you will actively participate in trade shows to represent our brand and promote our mounting solutions.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and administrative teams to achieve your goals and contribute to the company's growth.

YOUR MISSIONS:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Acquire new customers through regular prospecting
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing proposals, and contracts
- Communicate effectively with customers by phone, email, and videoconference
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
- Maintain accurate customer information (CRM) and report to the Sales Manager
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights
- Participate in trade shows and other commercial events

YOUR PROFILE:

- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Good command of English and French
- Experience in dynamic and competitive environments
- Autonomous, motivated to develop and grow your business, and with a strong taste for challenges
- Persuasive and able to communicate effectively
- In possession of a valid driving licence
