As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving impactful lead generation campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with sales engineers and marketing teams to expand our footprint and bring our cutting-edge solutions to new clients and markets.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Business Development Representative / Sales Executive you will be instrumental in driving Exotec's growth in Korea. You'll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and lead the full sales cycle; from initial outreach to deal closure; in collaboration with our engineering and marketing teams.
Business Development
- Develop and execute localized lead generation strategies tailored to the Korean market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess fit, and initiate first contact.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Sales Execution
- Guide prospects through early project definition and manage the full sales cycle to close.
- Prepare and deliver compelling budget presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts in alignment with company goals.
- Represent Exotec at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in B2B tech or industrial sectors.
- Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or related.
- Proven track record in closing deals and managing full sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for robotics, automation, and supply chain innovation.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms.
- Fluent in Korean and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a multicultural environment.
