As a commercial manager will be responsible for overseeing its customer portfolio, focusing sales activities and customer relationship manager. This role requires effective transversal management across key business functions. The successful candidate will drive program success through strong customer orientation, financial acumen, and the ability to operate in complex, unpredictable environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage its customers' relationship and sales targets, ensuring alignment with the division and program objectives.
- Transversal management and onboarding of the necessary functions needed to reach the company goals:
o Proograms
o Engineering
o Industrial Operations
o Supply Chain
- Ability to work in a complex environment involving international and diverse customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting with a strategic, customer-oriented mindset.
- Foster a culture of excellence and a customer-oriented mindset culture within the IPT.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, international programs and partnerships.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and committed, with the ability to thrive in highly unpredictable environments.
- Outstanding multicultural communication and collaboration skills.
