Your mission, roles and responsibilities
We are looking for an HR intern to join our team!
OurGroup Talent Development teamis looking for an HR Apprenticefor its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
In the headcourter of Forvia, you will be reporting to the Group People Analytics, Tools and process manager within the Talent Management team.
You will be working on the following topics :
Your missions:
Main responsibilities
- Follow up on Group HR KPIs & Reporting
- People and Data Analytics
- Coordinate HR Transformation & HRIS Projects
- Lead HR communication and events for the HR processes & Tools, Power BI is a plus
Your profile and competencies to succeed
What if it were you?
Currently pursuing a master's degree in HR :HRIS, Human Ressources or Data analysis or relevant fields
And have :
- Proficient in Excel and PowerBI
-Good Presentation Skills
- Great communication skills
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory
- Passionate about digital HR Tools
- A first experience in Human Resources / HRIS /or Data analysis in an international environment is a plus

6 months starting in January 2025
