The CRO Associate role

CRO's Associates support the chief revenue officer to achieve the company's objectives on growth, sales efficiency, and go-to-market strategy.

Concretely, you will support, own, and/or lead key strategic go-to-market projects, enhancing sales efficiency, expanding our network with key prospects and clients, and driving significant growth initiatives, depending on the top priorities in the companies and the need to add more support or ownership to handpicked strategic initiatives.

The scope of intervention is very wide, and will offer an exceptional visibility to numerous parts of the go-to-market plan.

Your Responsibilities

Missions will depend on the agenda of the company, and will vary over time. You will intervene during a few months on a topic to own it, or accelerate it. . Your missions will span multiple strategic areas, some examples below:

- Revenue Operations & Analytics - Build sophisticated forecasting models, create executive dashboards, and drive data-driven insights across all markets
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Support market expansion initiatives, coordinate product launches, and drive cross-functional GTM alignment
- Sales Excellence & Enablement - Design and implement sales processes, develop playbooks for different segments, create training programs, standardize methodologies
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Coordinate business reviews with country leads and drive special revenue projects for the CRO
- Partnership & Growth Initiatives - Support strategic partnership development, evaluate new revenue streams, and drive growth experiments

In this position, you will get a comprehensive view of revenue operations at scale and work directly with senior revenue leaders on initiatives that are instrumental to Alan's expansion.

Profile & competencies

- Operations Expertise: Strong analytical skills (Excel / Gsheet).
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes, customer lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to work at both strategic level and detailed execution level.
- Growth Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and proposing innovative solutions. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English. All our communications are written and in English. Additional European languages (Spanish and Dutch) are highly valued.
