Plongeur - Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel H/F Marriott

Résumé du poste

Le plongeur procède au nettoyage, à l'entretien et au rangement de la vaisselle, du matériel et des ustensiles de cuisine, des équipements et des locaux.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité,
Exécuter des tâches simples préalables à la préparation des repas telles que le rangement des denrées, nettoyage et épluchage des légumes, dressage des banquets.
Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,
Exécuter des tâches de nettoyage, faire la plonge/vaisselle, laver la porcelaine, la verrerie, l'argenterie,
Ranger le matériel propre en lieux sûrs et avec méthode,
Nettoyer les lieux de travail (y compris les sols de la cuisine, du room service et de l'office restaurant),
Collecter et gérer les déchets.
Gérer et maintenir propres les locaux destinés aux déchets,
Maintenir l'état et la désinfection des containers de déchets,
Assurer une parfaite collaboration avec les autres services.
