The Opportunity
Join our T&O HR team as an HRBP France, where you'll be part of a dynamic 3-person team supporting France-based employees and their managers across designated divisions within Technology & Operations. This fixed-term role offers the opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with French employment regulations in our fast-paced, international environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner with managers of France-based employees across designated T&O divisions to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic HR guidance to French managers on talent management, performance management, and organisational development initiatives
- Lead employee relations activities for France-based staff, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in full compliance with French labour law
- Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning specifically for France-based roles within designated T&O divisions
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support organisational development for French teams within the assigned T&O divisions
- Actively participate in and contribute to France-specific HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness
Who Are We Looking For

- 8+ years of HR experience with proven track record as an HRBP in France within a matrix organisation
- Strong expertise in French labour law and employment regulations with ability to provide compliant guidance
- Master's degree in HR or other relevant field demonstrating solid academic foundation
- Very strong French language skills with strong English as a significant advantage for international collaboration
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong change management capabilities and strategic advisory positioning skills
