Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Reporting to the Country Manager, your role will be to drive commercial growth and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple business units. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing profitable sales within your assigned territory (DACH)
- Preparing yearly sales plans and providing monthly reports
- Visiting customers regularly and reporting on activities
- Introducing and training customers on products and solutions
- Negotiating pricing and commercial conditions
- Identifying new opportunities, including cold calling
- Supporting customer service representatives in direct actions with clients
- Advising the Sales Manager on product and customer strategy
- Managing Key, Grow, and Service accounts to reach defined KPIs and targets
