missions :

Description

Responsible
for coordinating administrative and commercial activities in the BENELUX,
supervising the Customer Service Officers, ensuring high-quality service and
customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, Finance,
and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, contribute to the continuous
improvement of tools, internal processes, and commercial policies, as well as
follow-up on commercial reporting and Sales Force effectiveness activities.

Oversee administrative and commercial operations across the BENELUX region, including the supervision of Customer Service Officers.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Act as the first point of escalation for customer-related issues. Provide coaching and support to Customer Service employees.
Manage pricing in the ERP system in alignment with the general pricing policy, including timely communication to customers.
Ensure operational resilience through effective backup management.
Maintain the operational functionality of used applications such as Docparser and Power Automate (support needed IT).
Coordinate customer communications regarding:
Backorders
Promotions
New product launches
Ensure master data management for listings
Approve related payments and manage the input of related purchase orders in C-Buy
Coordinate communication with Sales Managers concerning forecast-related information
Take over tasks with the goal of reorganizing and optimizing existing processes, including:
Autovaccine business Bestvac/ Biovac
Biogenix business
BOL invoicing
